Chef Kumamoto and his wife Junko from Japan decided to open a small lunch spot where they can share their passion for food. Chef Kumamoto's experience as a sushi chef at Origami Downtown Restaurant and Obento-ya Japanese Bistro for over 10 years and Junko's love for well prepared home cooked meals merged into menus at JK's Table.

They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner to-go's and serve sushi, noodles and many speciality items with international flavors in addition to American traditional deli-style sandwiches and salads.
